Our studio with veranda and view over the water is light, luxurious and atmospheric. The ideal base for your trip in the area; the center of Haarlem, the beautiful dunes and Amsterdam Beach can be reached by bike and also the center of Amsterdam, the Keukenhof and Schiphol airport are located a short distance away.

The space
The atmospheric studio is fully equipped with underfloor heating. You sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed and have access to a bathroom with a rain shower, hand shower and sink. The toilet is separate. Of course there is WiFi in the room and you can enjoy a good cup of (Nespresso) coffee or tea.
You have your own kitchen at your disposal, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The veranda is very cosy. The jetty is the ideal place to chat or to quietly enjoy the view over the dike and the serene water of the Ringvaart. When the weather is nice, you can see all kinds of boats, rowers, walkers and cyclists passing by.
We offer two bicycles free of charge.

Guest access: free parking on site and good accessibility by public transport from Amsterdam CS and Schiphol CS.

This property is an absolute gem of a find! The place is right on the water with beautiful views and a fairly quiet road. Inside the space was very clean, tidy and easy to feel at home straight away. The hosts were also great - super responsive and gave fantastic recommendations. They also provided lots for the house itself with loo rolls, washing up liquid, oil and so on. It is about a 10 minute drive to the station where you can get the train straight into the centre of Amsterdam. My partner and I loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others looking to stay here.

What a great stay! Nice host and hostess, pleasant reception. Nice and clean and fresh, everything you need is there. Nice beds, clean shower, good kitchen.
10 minutes from Haarlem by public transport. Bus stops less than 5 minutes walk away. 2 bicycles available that can be used. In short: you will not lack anything here!! Thank you for the pleasant stay and perhaps until next time.

We really enjoyed our stay with Ruben and Ilja. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. The bikes that were included in the booking were great for exploring. Ruben and Ilja were very nice and made us feel comfortable.

The studio was perfect, and having the bikes on hand makes it really easy to get into Haarlem or the beach - even if you're not a particularly confident cyclist! Everything is very peaceful and serene and we had everything we needed on hand - Ruben and Ilja have put so much care and attention into their brochure which covers any questions you may have about the area! That said, they are super quick to respond to messages.
